Musings on my love for Women:

A portal of worlds swirls between our thighs-

divinity’s bridge.

Our womb provides the first home to every human,

humbly holding the bliss of new life

and the pain of premature death.

Women are masters of understanding the depth of duality

that hangs in each breath.

We’re fearless amongst the flames,

for we know the re-birth that follows.

We feel the weight of this world

down to the hallow

of our bones.

Yet, steadfast in our vision

to be heaven’s hands and feet,

we meet you in the depths.

We dive into the shadows,

press our precious hearts onto

open palms

and pull humanity

into the light.
